[virus bain]

Good idea, crap game

I like the idea. Shame the game was incredibly boring and simply poor - bad sounds, minimal graphical skill, way too easy and no fun to play. Just click the Bains for about 30 seconds and that's it. Not something I'll come back to.

[Terroroids - Saddam owned]

Fix the controls!

Jesus! Up should be forward! I must have lost loads of lives because the controls are hugely counter-intuitive. That makes for a pretty poor version of Asteroids with major political figures instead of rocks.

[Mad Ape Shit]

Sound please!

This needed sound very badly - it seems incomplete without it. Otherwise it's a pretty good remake of the old Qbasic game Gorillaz with some nice graphical touches when you throw and hit. A good laugh with two players, definitely.

[Johny Tsunami]

Very good sprite based game

You'll probably find "You Spin Me Round" was by Dead or Alive... but in any case this is a decent interactive story. Nice storyline, the graphics and animation weren't bad, sounds were the best element. Not too difficult (in fact I'd say it's a bit too linear), with some good violence as well. Shame it's to be continued, I guess we'll just have to wait for the second part!

Another decent tutorial

Another good tutorial for people to use - the idea's somewhat obvious, but won't be known by some people. You ought to change that sound or have a mute button though, it was hugely annoying.

Best video poker I've played

I'd say this is the best video poker game I've played on Newgrounds - it looks nice and has very good sounds. You might want to tweak it a bit though - you do need a 10K button, and you want to alter the payouts so it doesn't pay on any pair, just jacks or higher. As it is you're going to make money on average even before you draw. That 10K button is the biggie though - once I hit a full house and got my cash into seven figures, I thought "there's no way I'm pressing 1K hundreds of times to make my bet". Alright but slightly flawed.

Not sure about this

I didn't think this was that great - if you get a story that works it's alright, but most of the time it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. The music in the background was good. If it works it's fun. If you get some nonsense back you think "why did I just waste those five minutes?"

[Driving & Shooting Shit]

Average driving game

It's fun for a while and not as bad as people make out. That's not to say it's too good. Graphics were poor, and the first bit of the game was better, the second segment seemed to go on forever.

[Stick RPG]

Very good game

Less action based than either Defend Your Castle or Fishy, but this is good in it's own ways. Lots of things to see and do, tons of options, you could play this for a long time if you desired and it wouldn't get boring. This has clearly helped inspire things like SIM and Frank's Adventure, a classic entry.

[shoot out III]

Another poor point and click shooter

Not terrible but it's been done before so many times, this sort of things needs to look spectacular just to be average. Which this isn't - seemed buggy, poor stick graphics, a case of play once then move on.
