[3rd deminsion plane]

Nice use of 3D

The plane looks good and is animated pretty well. Pity that's all it is, as wayne said this needs to be incorporated into something more substantial.

Different enjoyable short

I liked this - it's made in a somewhat different style to many things on NG, but it still works. Nice idea, with OK graphics and a good soundtrack, and plenty of comic moments and random violence. Worth watching if only to see the guy run into a tree!

[Swords Extreme]

Needed some direction

It looked OK to start off with, then it all became random with that guy shooting off the chain gun. It really needed to be longer and have a plotline, some sense of direction. The first half was fine, then the flash kind of collapsed.

[Telly Trouble]

Great short cartoon

It starts off as a wassup movie, then breaks out into instantaneous comic violence. Very funny stuff, worth a look. The spiders looked good.

[5 More Minutes : Foamy The Squirrel]

Squirrely wrath!

This is Foamy at his brilliant best. A bit larger than most, but worth the extra time as this is better than your average flash from the Neurotically Yours series. As usual, it's a simple premise but it never fails to work, it goes down as a "must see".

Different

I'm not sure that what is effectively a banner ad has any place on the Portal, but anyway, if you ignore all the bad spelling, it's not a bad advertisement at all. Tells what NG had back in 2001, back when AYB was interesting. OK for old times sake.

Completely bizarre parody

After seeing Battle for the Portal, I had a rough idea of what to expect here. If anything, I say this runs a lot better and smoother than BftP, despite the large number of things going on at any one time. The music rocks, and it's a great remake of a good fight sequence.

Fair short

Not bad - relies heavily on the dialogue, which is funny enough to be worth listening to. The graphics are basic drawing wise, and there's not much in the way of animation, but what there is is good. Better than average, but nothing to get excited over.

Excellent dark flash

This is very good stuff - the graphical style was great, I loved the shadowy nature of everything, and there was a real atmosphere to the film. This is helped somewhat by the sounds which added a lot, something which frequently doesn't happen. A fair deal of violence, and the beginnings of a good plotline for future episodes.

[A Bearly Tolerable Pun]

Not a bad short

Heh, good pun. Drawings were nice, and the sounds were good. It's quick, funny and has some violence which is always useful. For the filesize, this is one of the best I've seen. Nice job.
