Brilliant stuff

Very faithful to the original level, with tight controls, good visuals and sounds. Everything a Contra fan could want.

Good shooter

Very good fun to play, quick-paced action and lots of enemies to kill. Only small problem was that the turret was a bit slow to move, but it's no biggie. Worth playing.

Yes, you're not the first to mention the slow turret speed. It was kind of deliberate, since the game would be too easy otherwise. I need to get the difficulty more balanced on the next one.

Excellent!

I love this sort of game, it's pretty difficult to play and you should get a lot out of it trying different things. Music choice is excellent. Not the tidiest of graphics but they're OK. A must play game.

OK tribute

Not a bad effort, but it didn't really grab my attention, mainly because I don't like dressups that much. A fair few things to do, looks nice with some decent music in the background, just not my cup of tea.

Well, dress-ups indeed don't seem to be NG's viewer's favorite kind of movie, but it was the easiest thing to do in so little time though ! :)

[501 Darts]

Nice darts game

Good little game, simple to play with the incentive of trying to beat your best score. Original, tight with few flaws. A two player mode would have been a good addition, and making it so you have to double out, but for less than 30K you can't argue. Worth playing a couple of times.

Useful

Not a bad idea - this sort of thing has been done before, but this brings everything together in one place nicely. That music is annoying, what's more annoying is if you mute it, go and look at a section then return to the main menu, it starts again! Something new users can learn from, but seasoned NG veterans won't have a great deal of use for this.

I know the music control was a little sloppy. I didn't work the bugs out of it.

Dull

The questions weren't that interesting and the music was pretty annoying. Anyone who's been around NG for more than a couple of days will get all of these first time. Boring, with no replay value. Looks poor as well.

Decent game

Not bad - nice graphics and sound loop, the game over animation was pretty smart. The hard level's just a bit too crazy for my liking! Good for a quick laugh, nothing to really think about but fun.

Decent dress-up

Not a bad dress-up at all - the inclusion of a tutorial is worthwhile, and makes the movie worth viewing in itself. The actual dress up has plenty of features and some good music (which ideally should be on initially and have the option to mute, rather than the other way round - unless I did something wrong), I'd rate higher but I don't really like dressups, and dressing up muffins appeals less. Think of the six as a good review!

Yeah, im aware that the lack of naked women makes a dress-up seem dull, and muffins aren't really your regular subject, but im really quite engrossed with the muffin clan now (its kinda taking over my life :D), and I cant animate, so I made this. In the update I am changing the music to on, then mute, you didnt do anything wrong. Thanks for the informative review!

Decent shooting fun

Not a bad game - I suck at it pretty badly but it's still fun to play. Looks nice, has decent music, didn't notice any bugs. Better than average.
