- is not promoting anything on Newgrounds
- Is for an event that is months in the past
- has nothing worthwhile after it?

Post content that is relevant to the Newgrounds audience.

Nobody is interested in you coming up with no original ideas whatsoever, stealing Krinkels' characters, with no sound, background or anything, just having a random Madness grunt fire a shotgun at nothing. If you must be some boring guy who has zero originality, at least put some effort in to what you are doing. Or, better, open up your brain and come up with something new rather than flooding the Portal with more garbage.

A two second loop containing no sound, minimal background, no story (obviously because it's two seconds) and no original characters. That's the biggest one. Don't upload tests, and come up with your own ideas, the animation isn't awful but the "concept" is
