Too short

What there was looked alright - the use of the layers for the background weren't bad, it's just the main character was poor and seemed way too DBZ-esque and nothing interesting happened in the movie. You say it's meaningless, I tend to agree with you. You've got some talent, just put it into a structured movie.

Could have been better

I thought it was a bit short - as a wrestling intro, it looked OK - there simply wasn't enough of it and what there was wasn't fantastic. The sprites could have looked better and the non-sprite elements of the movie were average. Passable but not good.

Not my style of movie

Didn't enjoy this too much - it's OK but it's not the sort of thing I like. The SOAD track seemed out of place and I didn't like all the DBZ stuff. You've got to have preloaders as well - even on broadband this stopped and started.

Poor sprite movie

That was very bad - it looks like it was made in about 10 minutes, the fighting has no cohesion and looks poor, the sounds are awful and it's short. Think about your flash before making anything else - this is just mindless crap.

Improvements could be made

As far as mindless sniper-killing movies go, this is in the middle of the pile - the soundtrack was too quiet, the graphics are mixed between average and crap, there's not enough violence and the movie's too short, and the filesize is large for what the movie is. Optimise it a bit, tidy the flash up and make it longer and this should score higher.

I know this is shit, I just post it here to make some changes...

Oh dear

That sucked incredibly badly - it's a poor picture of a plane being tweened into a poor picture of a building. Badly. Terrible, not even so bad it's funny.

Please...

In the future, if you want people to comment on your animation and give tips, post it on your own website and link to it in the Flash forum on the BBS. Don't clutter up Newgrounds with stuff like this - it's way too short, has one poor piece of action, below par animation and the sound wasn't good. It wasn't funny, violent or good.

Good graphics but old style

I liked the graphics in this, nice and smooth, very fluid. It's a shame that they were wasted on a very unoriginal type of movie, a simple short fight. The fight wasn't that great - it kept switching from a simple slug fest to using fireballs and the like, it was very random. As a graphical test it works perfectly. As a flash movie, it's good but lacking in some areas.

Excellent Radiohead video

An excellent idea - basically what you've done here is taken the Street Spirit video and remade it clock style. As a "cover" of the video it's fairly accurate, staying true to the original, right down to the black and white images, the effects where some people are in slow motion and some are running in real time, and so on. It works tremendously well, the only gripes I'd have is that this wasn't the best video to use clocks with - unlike in Radiohead's version, it's not clear what's happening at times and there are periods where there's not much going on. I also thought the sound quality was poor at times, but that's a tradeoff I guess for the relatively small file size. All in all, an excellent concept, well made, it would be cool if you remade Just or some other videos.

High quality webcam abuse

Very, very funny. Although you've only used a few webcam screen grabs, they seem to fit in with the song, certainly a lot better than you might expect. A nice piece of Newgrounds humour, definitely.
