[skate sketch final]

Nice skate flick

Cool sound you're using there, the skating was smooth but there could have been a few more tricks, and that "easter egg" at the end seemed a bit irrelevant, but hey, we get more for our bandwidth I guess. Could have been a bit longer, but it's not bad as it is.

Not a bad sprite movie

Link's animation looked pretty good, and the music used was cool (the first one sounded better). For less than 100K, this is great, it's a good short simple sprite movie. The video game character dancing genre is getting a bit old though, so if you do another, make sure there's some twists in it.

OK sound clip I guess

Sound clip wasn't too bad, there was the odd funny bit in it. Shame the movie was lacking in pretty much every other respect - animation just consisted of the mouth moving, no violence or interactivity. Background was below par too. A little bit more work could have made this a 5/10 movie, as it stands it's lucky to get three.

Below average stick movie

This was too short, had little action and was boring to watch. The background wasn't too bad and what sounds were there were passable, but it took longer for me to give the marks for this than to watch it, which is never a good sign.

Hate to agree with everyone else...

But this needed some sound really, really badly. The frame by frame animation was great and must have taken an awful long time to do, and the fights were good, but it just became boring with the absence of sound, weird a concept as it is. Just a few punch and kick sounds would have been the difference between a movie in the low threes and getting towards a classic.

Poor AYB ripoff

I started watching this, then I thought this was a poor All Your Base ripoff. Then it became mildly amusing and made me remember how good the original AYB movie was. If you haven't seen the great AYB movie you'll watch this and think it's funny. If you have, you'll think this sucks.

Cool followup

I think I've seen Whak, I certainly remember what the eye of the phoenix did. Anyway, this is a great funny movie in its own right, with some crazy concepts and mindless violence. The sounds near the end were a bit unclear, but you can just about make them out. Nazi squirrels, eh?

OK short

It's not bad, probably a bit on the dull side. That random guitar music was cool though, and the graphics weren't bad, even though the animation was a bit lacking. The voices were too quiet, they should be louder.

Good short claymation

It's a nice concept, funny and well made. It looked good and had decent sounds to go with it. It was a bit short and didn't really have a storyline, but for a quick 30 second movie it doesn't do much wrong.

Not confusing at all

Just an OK stick figure killing some would be assassins with a fair bit of style and comedy sound effects, with what is fast becoming a mandatory suicide at the end to make it "confusing". Wasn't bad at all, if a bit short.
