Not very good
If that was your "most humourous" submission, I'd hate to see the others as I didn't find that funny at all. It's just a random collection of sprites interacting with each other in a tired, predictable and boring way. The sprites move well but that's to be expected as an absolute minimum in a sprite movie. If you do make the next 75%, please make it interesting.
The next 75% should bring the humor, by then the plot will have been developed and you'd get some good humor...that and because this movie is going to feature over 30 different VG characters :P
A poor man's Xiao Xiao
It's a decent stick fight, with lots of different moves and fighters, and a nice simple background. The sound effects weren't bad either. It's just too obvious that you're trying to do your own version of Xiao Xiao, and this is nowhere near as good as it. Better than many stick fights, but that's probably just because there's so many poor stick fights out there.
Funny little music video
The soundtrack is random and obscure, but this is a fine music video for it. Lots of crazy sheep action and deaths, lasts quite a while. If anything the backgrounds were a bit bland and it did get somewhat repetitive. That scene where the whole screen is filled with sheep and you're watching from above is trippy!
Good looking funny short
Apart from the length of this (too short), this movie has a lot of good things going for it. For the most part, there's good graphics, and the sound effects were fine. Violence and humour are present (but you didn't need to bring God into it). I say it's short, but you couldn't really add much to it. One of the best I've seen for the filesize.
Pick a better subject!
If there's one thing I hate more than anti-smoking zealots, it's people that make poor flash movies. Luckily this one isn't too bad - the animation was smooth and the stick man was drawn well, it had sounds and some violence. Just next time pick a better topic for your flash.
Makes a point I guess
But I have to agree with wayne, if this was submitted today it would probably be blammed quickly. It's not awful, but the joke is a bit contrived, there's no sound or preloader, the graphics are poor and the violence just looks bad. Not worth watching.
Average sprite movie
Would have been better if the background quality was higher and a bit more time was spent with the sprites, but the movie has comedy moments and is at least enjoyable to watch. It would have been interesting to see where this went if you made a part 2 or 3, as there's no obvious cliffhanger or plot continuation. On its own, it's OK. Lacking in violence.
Don't really see the point of it
I suppose some people might find this fun for a few minutes, myself not included. It's just a load of static, the fun is in what your mind does, not the actual flash. Different and original I guess, but not enough for me to like it much.
