[Mr Poser Has a Great Fall]

Needed more time spending on it

You say this is quickly made - what you did isn't too bad. The injury is comic, and somewhat amusing. But apart from that the flash is lacking - there's no background and the rest of the graphics are basic, the sounds are incredibly quiet and it's too short. With a bit more effort it could have been a lot better, as it is, it's an OK skater mocking short.

OK I guess

Needed some sound desperately, but apart from that it's OK. A couple of funny moments where there's comic violence. I can't help feeling it would have been better if there were some backgrounds or the sticks were clearer to see, it all looks very arty but I didn't like that.

OK short

Not a bad short, the character has potential and with some better storylines could go places. This story was simple and fairly funny. I liked the music which suited the film, although I agree with sk8boardclock that the background scenes could be better. If you do another, try adding a couple of characters to create some plot progression or something.

Well this was just the start, and it was abit dry with the story, i was going more for the different views shots, and the backrounds i thaught they were just fine, and in any series there has to allways be more then one character thats a must, anyways thanks for the review...

[Scorpion Melee]

Possibly the best sprite movie I've seen

This just looked like it could have come straight out of Mortal Kombat, only if MK had gone feral! Reminded me somewhat of the team battle mode on MK2, only massively crazy. The fight is very well thought out and oozes awesomeness out of every pore, and the preview at the end looks very promising as well. This is, quite possibly, the best sprite based movie I've seen on NG.

Not very good

If that was your "most humourous" submission, I'd hate to see the others as I didn't find that funny at all. It's just a random collection of sprites interacting with each other in a tired, predictable and boring way. The sprites move well but that's to be expected as an absolute minimum in a sprite movie. If you do make the next 75%, please make it interesting.

The next 75% should bring the humor, by then the plot will have been developed and you'd get some good humor...that and because this movie is going to feature over 30 different VG characters :P

[Outer Space]

Not bad at all

Out Of Space is quite possibly my favourite Prodigy track, and this movie effectively puts one of those crazy AVS things you see at good clubs to it. It works fine and is good to watch, but in all fairness you can see something better using Winamp.

[The Fight of The Sticks]

A poor man's Xiao Xiao

It's a decent stick fight, with lots of different moves and fighters, and a nice simple background. The sound effects weren't bad either. It's just too obvious that you're trying to do your own version of Xiao Xiao, and this is nowhere near as good as it. Better than many stick fights, but that's probably just because there's so many poor stick fights out there.

[Run Sheep Run]

Funny little music video

The soundtrack is random and obscure, but this is a fine music video for it. Lots of crazy sheep action and deaths, lasts quite a while. If anything the backgrounds were a bit bland and it did get somewhat repetitive. That scene where the whole screen is filled with sheep and you're watching from above is trippy!

Good looking funny short

Apart from the length of this (too short), this movie has a lot of good things going for it. For the most part, there's good graphics, and the sound effects were fine. Violence and humour are present (but you didn't need to bring God into it). I say it's short, but you couldn't really add much to it. One of the best I've seen for the filesize.

Pick a better subject!

If there's one thing I hate more than anti-smoking zealots, it's people that make poor flash movies. Luckily this one isn't too bad - the animation was smooth and the stick man was drawn well, it had sounds and some violence. Just next time pick a better topic for your flash.
