[Asteroid Field]

Decent game

Not bad - nice graphics and sound loop, the game over animation was pretty smart. The hard level's just a bit too crazy for my liking! Good for a quick laugh, nothing to really think about but fun.

[Track & Field GAME (NES)]

Mediocre stuff

Not a great reproduction - the fencing was the best but the other two games weren't much fun to play at all. The games don't play anything like the originals, although the graphics and sounds are faithful to the NES classic. Below par.

Decent game, nothing spectacular

Fun to play, but it's all a bit too samey and not that difficult. Looks nice and has some good sounds, the intro and end sequence were alright, I just found it a bit disappointing for a front page entry. The sort of thing you'd play once, beat and then not play again.

[Carious Weltling]

Underrated, good game

Great fun and surprisingly addictive. The visuals are excellent and the soundtrack is cool. Plays very well, the controls are good and the action is frenetic. A must play game, don't know how I missed this when it first came around.

Stylish Oval Office action

Two decent levels of shooting fun - basic premise but works well in a saturated genre. Looks excellent, only problem is the animation could have been a little better. Fun to play, lots of action if a bit easy.

[ultimate flash sonic]

Excellent Sonic remake

An excellent game all round - recreates the gameplay very well and provides a lot of entertainment. Looks nice and the sounds are true to the original games, old school gamers will go nuts for this. There's only a couple of minor flaws - there should be a short spell of invincibility after you've been hit, far too often I found myself landing on spikes and then immediately dying after not having time to get off them or grab a couple of rings. All in all, a fine reproduction.

[Combat Instinct 3]

Excellent older shooter

Three levels of classic Combat Instinct action - an older entry but still looks good and the gameplay is excellent. Sounds are very good, the cutscreens are a bit long though, even though you can skip through them. Almost perfect.

[Crimson Warfare]

Command and Conquer style greatness

Another brilliant game that's a delight to play - it's just like a stripped down version of Command and Conquer, and it rocks. Lots of different strategies to try, different units, weapons, defenses, many missions. Quite simply superb, a must play game. How this is done in flash I don't know, you've all surpassed yourself. Hugely playable, ten.

[Wargames 1983]

Oh my god! Incredible!

I remember the film and love it, this is a great little game which is about as fun as nuclear war can get and incredibly addictive. Simple to pick up and learn, but there's many different tactics that can be used. Basic graphics and sounds but that's not a problem. One of my new favourite games on Newgrounds, the only bad thing is the lack of a two player mode. You ought to have included a bonus tic-tac-toe game just for historical accuracy as well!
