Don't upload incomplete projects to the Portal. Use Dumping Grounds if you must get feedback. Finish it then upload, but given you say you've not updated it in six months, I won't hold my breath

Do not keep reuploading continually blammed submissions. Make something new that is better or seriously improve what you have made already.

The Portal is intended for completed works, not half finished projects. If you're saying yourself that it is incredibly buggy and not even at a phase where you can consider it a work in progress, work on it a lot further (i.e. finish the game) before uploading it.
Do not submit incomplete test projects to the Portal, which is intended for completed works. Use Dumping Grounds if you want feedback on work in progress.
Do not submit incompleted versions of projects to the Portal. Not a pre-alpha. Not an alpha. Not a beta. Not a demo. The Portal is for completed works. Come back later please.
oh, sorry, i had forgotten about that rule, well I will have to put the project in private until I finish it.
